Planned Closures

• On Saturday 4th October, Cogges Manor Farm will be closed to the general public for our Oktoberfest event. Only Oktoberfest ticket holders will be admitted.
• From Monday 6th October - Tuesday 21st October, the Manor House will be closed whilst we prepare the house for Halloween.  For more details on our Halloween programme, visit https://www.cogges.org.uk/Event/witchs-house2025

Day Tickets 2025

• Day Tickets can be bought in advance, using the link below, or can be purchased from our Welcome Desk.
• If you plan to visit Cogges more than twice a year, an Annual Pass is better value.
• You can upgrade a Day Ticket to an Annual Pass on the day of your visit or within one week (please retain your receipt). Upgrades can be made at the Welcome Desk. The cost of your Day Ticket will be deducted, pro-rata, from the Annual Pass price. (This does not apply to Gardeners World or English Heritage tickets, or events tickets).
• If you are unable to visit on the date you have booked, your ticket will remain valid, simply provide your original booking reference or the date of your original booking at the Welcome Desk.
• 2-for-1 Gardeners World card holders and English Heritage members: please buy one adult day ticket online and bring your 2-for-1 or EH membership card on the day of your visit to validate your booking at our Welcome Desk. This will allow free entry for one companion. Please note the card is not transferable, is only valid for one person and their companion, and is not valid during special events, so it is recommended to check before setting out on your journey.
• Tickets for Carers are available from our Welcome Desk with appropriate proof of Carer status.

Adult         £11.55/£10.50 

Child         £8.25/£7.50 for children aged 3-16y, under 3s are free

Family       £39.05/£35.50 for 2 Adults + up to 3 Children aged 3-16y

If you are not an Annual Pass holder and are likely to visit more than a couple of times a year, an Annual Pass is great value! 

• Valid for a 12-month period from date of purchase, visit us as many times as you wish during normal opening hours, from February half term to the end of October.
• Discounted tickets to selected events, including the Witch's House at Halloween.
• Free entry to Cogges Christmas Market (29 & 30 Nov 2025)
• Seasonal activities.

Excludes optional activities, eg. trails and crafts, that are not included in our standard admission price.

Child         £22.75    (3y-16y, under 3s are free) non-transferable

Family       £99.75   (2 Adults + up to 3 children) non-transferable 

Family+     £118.75   (2 Adults + up to 3 children) transferable between parents & grandparents

Childminder £55.75   (1 Adult plus any 3 children, weekdays only)

Annual Pass cards must be presented on arrival for each visit - replacements are available at a charge of £5 per card. ID may be requested to validate your membership at point of entry at any time.
