Become a Trustee (voluntary roles)

The Cogges Heritage Trust provides the staff at Cogges with support and expertise, as well as working on long-term improvements, projects and fundraising initiatives to fund developmental learning programmes and refurbishment projects. Trustee Vacancies - Treasurer and HR Trustee

Cogges Heritage Trust is currently seeking to appoint a Treasurer and an HR Trustee to its well-established Board of Trustees, some of whom will be retiring during the next 12 months.  The new Trustees should:

  • Be a qualified Accountant, ideally with knowledge of charity SORP and charity governance who will lead the Finance & Audit committee and be responsible for the overall financial direction of the charity
  • Be a Human Resources professional who brings the expertise to be able to chair the People & Legal Committee when the current incumbent steps down in 2022.
