Cogges Kitchen café

Cogges Kitchen is a beautifully rustic café located in the old milking parlour. Whether you want breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cake or simply a good cup of locally roasted coffee, there’s something on the menu for you. We cater for most dietary requirements – vegan and gluten free options are available, but do get in touch if you have any questions. We welcome well-behaved dogs on a short lead. You don't need to buy a ticket to the farm to visit the cafe.

Please note: Cogges farm, café and shop will be closed for one day on Wednesday 9th October for essential electrical testing.

Food served 9am-3pm

Freshly prepared food

Delicious food, Cogges' cream tea, cakes & bakes, fresh pastries or home made granola; breakfast rolls (sausage, bacon, egg, hash brown), sausage rolls and fabulous pasties; fresh sandwiches or toasties, salads, soups and quiche. Cool down with a summer smoothie, ice-coffee, or ice-cream! Try seasonal treats and salad specials showcasing fresh food straight from the farm garden.

Delicious drinks

Enjoy a classic cuppa from our extensive tea range, and feel the buzz with a flat white, cappuccino or latte from local roasters UE Coffee. Chill out in hot weather with a refreshing smoothie, an iced coffee or milkshake. Or, why not relax with a glass of wine, or fizz for a treat, or a craft beer from Little Ox Brewery and other local artisan drinks producers.

Lovely atmosphere, good menu and service, tasty food including my wife's goats cheese salad. Waiting time was short and my bacon butty was tasty and timely. Complemented the visit to the farm perfectly.
