Please buy your tickets in advance:

If you want to come to the Witch’s House, tickets must be booked in advance and are for bubbles of up to six people. They include admission to the farm, so you don’t need to book separately. To book and to view availability:

Cogges is now entirely cashless.

We have over 15 acres of open space with farmyard, play areas, gardens and lawns, orchards, wildlife meadows and woodland. There is lots to explore and all our animals to see (pigs, goats, ponies, sheep, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs and of course the farm cats!). You are very welcome to bring a picnic and there is ample space in the orchard, or use our picnic 'mushrooms' in the meadows by the river.

The Cogges Kitchen cafe is open for outside seating from 10am to 3pm, serving hot and cold drinks, baguettes and salads, smoothies and milkshakes, ice cream, snacks and pastries. You do not have to be a visitor to the farm to come to the cafe.

Please wear a face mask if you are queuing in the Cogges Kitchen cafe

  • Please purchase your tickets online in advance. This allows us to safely manage numbers and to minimise queues on arrival.
  • To maintain a steady visitor flow, we have not introduced timed arrival slots. The first hour is reserved for Season Ticket holders.
  • We reserve the right to take tickets off sale or introduce timed slots if necessary, check this guidance.
  • Please park in the main car park by the Blake School (Sat Nav OX28 3FR). The disabled car park in Church Lane should only be used by Blue Badge holders.
  • Entry is via the Ox Byre (in the disabled car park). If there are others waiting to go through, please use the queuing area.

Safety on site

Cogges has a safe visiting plan. Please help us to keep everyone safe and to enjoy Cogges. If you have booked for more than six people, please be mindful of Government guidance and divide up to ensure you remain in groups of six or fewer.

  • Please respect the space of others. There is more than enough space at Cogges to ensure 2 metres space for all groups.
  • Only one group at a time in the welcome area. We have not had lengthy queues at any point since reopening, but if there are people ahead of you, please give them space and time.
  • Please follow the one way system in operation. Entry via the Ox Byre and exit via the cafe, from the entrance to the farmyard and through any narrow doorways. Most of the site is very open and allows for safe freeflow.
  • All food pots for the animals will be washed between uses. Animal food donations should be made by text.
  • Please make sure you wash your hands regularly during your visit. Handwashing stations are clearly marked.
  • There will be no rubbish bins on site. Please take your litter home with you.
  • The Manor House, Dairy, Stables Soft Play and Barns will be closed to the public until further notice.
  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided before using the play areas.

Please do not come to Cogges if you, or anyone you have been in contact with, are displaying any symptoms of Covid 19.

Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to welcoming you to Cogges!
